A) Consider what his relationships with the following women may reflect on kafka as a feminist voice : Felice Bauer ( 18 November 1887 – 15 October 1960): Kafka met this lady when he visited his friend house, which he felt some kind of ambiguous attraction when he saw her. Kafka dated with Felice for 5 years (Kafka met this woman 1912~1917, and there were total 2 engagements by Kafka with the use of letters). Their relationship ended because Kafka started to suffer from tuberculosis. Her family was poor, which made Felice to be the main source of income. Milena Jesenka (10 August 1896 – 17 May 1944): Milena, is a Czech writer, editor, journalist and takes a role as translator in the main context. Her family was very poor that she had to make additional income by becoming translator. In 1919 she discovered Kafka's short story (The Stoker), which she was attracted to translate it. In TOK class, the students were asked to upload a blog post about one of the following questions: "Do artists have a moral responsibility to act as a voice for individuals/communities to communicate with the wider world, or for groups/campaigns/ideologies to spread a message?"
